The Ribbon Sensor Tap 2.0 delivers an outstanding hand-washing experience in any scale of restroom. Designed by Sebastian Conran, the touch-free Ribbon Sensor Tap features best in class digital proximity detection, IR activation with a 30-second security cut-off, a cassette nozzle for easy maintenance and a .5gpm water-saving aerator (0.35gpm also available).

Specified individually or as part of the Ribbon Collection trio, the unique deck-mounted design provides an intuitive hand-washing experience at the sink. An adjustable cassette system allows the specifier to select the water flow rate, ensuring it conforms to local environmental regulations to achieve optimal water savings (comes with a 4 litres per minute standard with options for 1.89 and 6 litres per minute).

WRAS, BREEAM and LEED v4 compliant, the award-winning Ribbon Sensor Tap features anti-rotation fittings to prevent movement of the head at the sink and is now available in polished chrome or five brushed stainless steel PVD finishes, plus it can be specified with mains or battery power. This great looking tap also delivers peace of mind when you specify due to its 5 year warranty (1 year parts and labour; 4 years parts only).

Design

The Ribbon Sensor Tap 2.0 is part of The Ribbon Collection, a trio of products created to increase user flow in the washroom while reducing water on the floor, and soap and paper wastage.

Inspired by the rich heritage of British engineering, design and craftsmanship, The Splash Lab collaborated with Sebastian Conran Associates to produce a series of products that would break restroom conventions. The result was The Ribbon Collection, a slender deck-mounted set of touch-free washroom products that allows users to wash and dry their hands at the sink. Cast in high-quality solid stainless steel, the Ribbon Sensor Tap 2.0 is anti-splash, robust and reliable.

Specification

The Ribbon Sensor Tap utilises a water-saving aerator to achieve high BREEAM and LEED v4 points. It is also WRAS approved. Whether specified individually or as part of the Ribbon trio, the Sensor Tap can easily be configured to meet different washroom space requirements.
