Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The Splash Lab is not responsible for orders delayed due to courier issues, including weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping

P.O. boxes
At this time, we cannot offer shipping to PO boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns are accepted on stock orders up to three months from invoice date and subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must have valid return authorisation from us; so please contact info.uk@thesplashlab.com
No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted for custom orders.
Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete in any way, please email us within two business days of receipt with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the condition where applicable. We address these on a case-by-case basis and endeavour to reach a satisfactory solution.
