Project overview

138 Cheapside has recently undergone a huge upgrade, bringing new remodelled entrance and reception areas, new shower facilities, new VRF air conditioning, and newly fitted washrooms. This has provided a new lease of life for the old building which was created in the 1950’s with a prominent curved facade in a style that is now, once again at the centre of high design and this external impact has been complemented by the new, high quality entrance, progressive office interiors, up to the minute on-site amenities and a level of services that allows efficient and flexible use.

The brief

The Splash Lab was approached and asked to supply products that would be in-keeping with the industrial design, with part exposed services, and a simplistic but stylish design, aesthetically pleasing, and user friendly.

The solution

The Monolith Basin System was a perfect fit for this project, bringing the simplistic and stylish theme to life, incorporating clean lines and minimal design. Paired with the Monolith, we put forward our TSL.881 Capacitive Sensor Tap in brass, and our TSL.470 Pump Action Soap Dispenser. This brass finish was well suited with the navy theme on the walls and brought our the stylish design which brought elegance to the washrooom.

The Splash Lab has well crafted and beautifully designed products. I always go to them first to create a holistically designed restroom.
